Visual Impact: Click & Connect

Registrations are now officially open for Visual Impact 2026 and Connect Conference 2026, being held at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, from 2-4 September 2026. with event organisers promising: ‘this year’s layout and design will ensure every area of the Dome feels accessible and interconnected, enhancing the experience for exhibitors and visitors alike’.

Being held under The Dome at the Sydney Showground, the intention is to optimise the circular design of the space, with an ‘in-the-round’ experience centred around The Hub, an exciting new meeting and activity space. As Australia’s showcase event for the year, at least 50 exhibitors, from the industry’s leading names through to innovative newcomers and a diverse range of niche suppliers, have confirmed their stands and the show is shaping up as a varied, interesting and informative look at the many opportunities for visiting businesses to increase productivity, improve profitability, and expand their offering to create valuable new revenue streams.

Shireen Da Costa, Exhibitions & Events Manager for the show’s organisers, Visual Connections, acknowledged the event’s sponsors: Roland DG (Platinum), Epson, Graphic Art Mart, HP and Mimaki (Gold) and Celmac and SAS (Silver), adding: “We’re also excited to be introducing a totally new concept for Visual Impact, The Gear Zone, which will expand the show experience to include a range of other important equipment, tools, systems and solutions which businesses need to maximise operational efficiency, extend their capabilities and get future-ready.”

Running concurrently with the expo is the Connect Conference 2026: a leadership summit being run across all three mornings of the show, with an impressive line-up of keynote speakers, thought leaders and experts including Gillon McLachlan, Dr Craig Emerson, Dr David Cooke, Steve Vamos, Richard Williams, and Megan Lilly, among others.

The event also incorporates a series of Make It Happen Signage Bootcamps and on the evening of Thursday 3rd September, the 2026 Easy Signs National Sign & Graphics Awards will be presented at a gala dinner at the Showground precinct.
