Tottenham ‘Minuteman Press’ makes President’s Club
The team at Minuteman Press in Tottenham accepts the franchise’s President’s Club award, with Neha, Durga, Jag, and Darcy left to right in the front row and (l-r) Adrian, Dylan, and Ryan behind them.
Tottenham-based (Footscray, Melbourne) Minuteman Press franchise owners Jag Khairajani & Durga Murjani have led their business to officially achieve President’s Club status, after securing over USD$1m worth of gross sales in 2025. Launched over 50 years ago, Minuteman Press is one of Australia’s premier printing, marketing and design franchises and the President’s Club is its highest honour.
Jag Khairajani (joint owner of the Tottenham franchise with Durga Murjani) says: “Joining the President’s Club means a lot to us as it really reflects the hard work that the whole team has put in to really help the business grow. It shows that our efforts to maintain outstanding product quality and develop strong relationships with our customers have helped us to achieve recognition as a high-performing location. This award is a testament to the high levels of service, quick turnaround times, and quality we are proud that our team has helped us deliver.”
Jag and Durga first took on the Footscray business in June 2020, so achieving President’s Club status in just six years is something the busy husband and wife team put down to ‘having a strong, experienced team, constantly looking for new products and close engagement with our customers to better understand their ever-changing needs’.
Back at the start, Jag and Durga were new to the printing industry, so the Minuteman Press franchise training and support was a huge factor in their decision to buy the business. Jag adds: “Part of the key to our success was investing in the franchisee’s marketing program, which helped us to secure new leads and the Minuteman Press FLEX software has also been an amazing tool because it has helped us with pricing jobs correctly and getting quotes out quickly. It also gives us a breakdown of material and labour costs, and helps us track jobs and manage deadlines.”
“One of the biggest rewards is being able to deeply connect with the community: that includes other franchises, our customers and our team. It can be too easy to get distracted with the day-to-day production demands of your business, but it is also important to keep an eye on the bigger picture to enable you to achieve and manage sustainable growth.”
