Sawgrass to expand printer range that use the ChromaBlast matched system of ink and transfer paper.
Sawgrass has announced that it is expanding the range of printer platforms that use the ChromaBlast matched system of ink and transfer paper.
ChromaBlast is a unique patented ink and media combination driven by powerful print software that delivers the best cotton imaging system available. As heat and pressure is applied to the cotton, a chemical cross-link with cotton occurs. Brighter, softer images result from this technology.
The ChromaBlast system is available for Epson and Ricoh printers, including the Epson 4880, R1900 and WorkForce 30, and the Ricoh GX7000. Sawgrass’ free proprietary driver software delivers high-quality, precise images with brilliant colour gamut and fidelity. As a total solution provider, Sawgrass offers free support online and through its dedicated call centre for all ChromaBlast users.
“We’re very pleased with the quality and consistency of color that our ChromaBlast matched system delivers and always make sure that this quality and consistency is maintained as we expand the printer platforms for ChromaBlast,” said Mike McEvoy, Vice President of Marketing for Sawgrass Technologies.
