Epson to demonstrate a new integrated dye-sub printing solution at PacPrint13
Epson will demonstrate the first of a new range of dye-sublimation printers – the SureColor F series – on its stand at PacPrint13. Developed for fabric and garment production the SureColor F Series provides the first fully-integrated single-vendor solution for dye-sublimation printing.
“Textile production is a growing segment of the commercial printing industry. With the conversion to digital technology there are increased opportunities for the production of highly profitable short-run and on-demand material,” said Craig Heckenberg, Business Unit Manager for Epson Australia.
“Every business working in this segment needs to visit the Epson stand to assess the reliability, ease of use, speed and cost savings that the SureColor F Series can deliver,” said Craig.
The SureColor F-Series is the first dye-sub solution in the market in which every component – from the new Epson UltraChrome® DS ink and Epson MicroPiezo® TFP® print-head to printer chassis and bulk ink delivery system – is designed and manufactured by a single company.
The result is a high-performance dye-sublimation transfer printing technology designed for exceptional reliability and industrial-level production with high quality output up to 1,440 x 720 dpi on all leading transfer papers.
Featured on the Epson stand for the first time in Australasia will be the SureColor-F6000. This low cost 44” system has been designed to support a range of applications including high-quality soft signage, sportswear, apparel, accessories and customised promotional items such as mouse pads and ceramic mugs.
