29 Magna Colours inks approved by GOTS
Magna Colours Ltd the UK based manufacturer of Water Based printing inks for textiles have announced that 29 of their products – including their patented formaldehyde free discharge range, MagnaPrint Discharge ULF Ultra -have recently been approved by the UK Soil Association Certification for use in Organic textile processing.
Soil Association Certification Textile Manager and GOTS Certification Council member Georgina Thomas said: ”Magna Colours Ltd’s approved range – assessed on toxicity and biodegradability – further demonstrates it is possible for innovative companies to manufacture in a manner which is kinder and cleaner for people and the environment’.
Our formaldehyde free printing systems have been approved which includes, as stated above, the world’s only wash-free discharge range as well as pigments and speciality products to complement.
Magna Colours Ltd focus on producing the most environmentally friendly Water Based inks to meet the strict toxicological and ecological requirements of the GOTS and other environmental standards whilst ensuring that print performance and wash durability are maintained.
