Fiery FS700 Pro ‘ready for print challenges of the future’
Fiery LLC, widely recognised as one of the print industry’s leading innovator of digital front ends (DFEs) and workflow software, has launched its Fiery FS700 Pro system software platform, built to increase throughput, cut downtime and secure production in modern print environments. Fiery describes the new platform as being ‘ready for the print challenges of the future’.
Toby Weiss, CEO Fiery, says: “At Fiery, we focus on developing the foundational technologies that help customers keep their production line up and running as efficiently and effectively as possible. Print shops need confidence that key systems can stay productive and handle whatever comes their way. The Fiery FS700 Pro platform is designed to deliver the highest levels of reliability, security, and performance for their production environment – minimising downtime, ensuring customer data is protected, and maximising the power of their presses.”
The FS700 Pro system advantages that Weiss talks to, include:
- streamlined productivity – operators spend less time fixing file issues and more time producing accurate, consistent work plus the system is designed to handle complex print jobs faster with less effort;
- faster installations – which minimise disruption and reduce downtime, herevy enhancing overall productivity;
- strong data protection – built for modern IT environments with secure, standards-based communications that help keep customer data safe;
- high security – the FS700 Pro powers the Fiery LX Pro, which is Fiery’s first full CMYK+ capable Linux-based hardware platform built for high-security organisations;
- smarter, more efficient processes – through AI assisted workflow tools like Fiery JobFlow Pro and Fiery Scribe, which help reduce manual job setup, streamline job intake, and keep work moving efficiently through the production workflow.
- high-quality output – powered by the latest Adobe PDF Print Engine and PANTONE colour libraries.
In the US, Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. Inc. is offering Fiery FS700 Pro platform to its AccurioPress customers. VP Portfolio Management & Planning, Jason Dizzine, confirms: “With AI-supported, optimised workflows at its core, this next-generation platform helps customers work more efficiently and confidently – empowering them to execute even the most demanding jobs with consistency, speed and precision.”
DFEs based on Fiery FS700 Pro will be available with next-generation digital printers and presses from multiple industry-leading manufacturers later this year.
