Webcams to ship with US Mutohs

Mutoh America Inc., says it will be shipping webcams with each new Mutoh from January 1st in order to reduce idle time when a user experiences problems.
Webcams, Mutoh say will be used to more accurately determine root causes of problems and provide targeted solutions.
“Often times, maintenance, workflow, RIP, and application settings create undesirable output that visual communication can detect and resolve – reducing customer down time” said Mutoh’s Customer Service Manager, Mike Bisson.
