UK supplier to demonstrate Digi-Foil system at Trophex exhibition
UK supplier i-Sub Digital launched Digi-Foil late last year. Digi-Foil combines a Mimaki UJF desktop printer with foil and a heated applicator to achieve foil effects that are identical to those produced by traditional foiling techniques – but at a fraction of the cost.
Metallics in a range of colours, woodgrain effects, holographic images and a multitude of patterns can all be produced digitally on Digi-Foil.
Andy Spreag, Director of i-Sub Digital said that, “Foiling and direct printing using metallic inks can create whole new business opportunities, and for much less money and time than many traditional techniques.”
The Digi-Foil system is available exclusively from i-Sub Digital.
The Trophex Show runs from Sunday January 19th to Monday January 20th 2014 at the NEC, Birmingham. I-Sub Digital can be found at stand 256.
