Melbourne’s Vogue Signs to be wound up
Vogue Signs of Coburg, Melbourne is being wound up following a difficult year in which it faced legal action involving a complicated family dispute.
An ASIC notice says a meeting of members of the company Dessco – trading as Vogue Signs – resolved to wind up the business and appoint liquidator Grahame Ward of Melbourne insolvency firm Mackay Goodwin.
In January 2021, Vogue Signs was the subject of a winding up order following a family dispute that had continued for several years.
Vogue Signs offered signage manufacturing and installation, including illuminated signage, lightboxes, CNC routering, channel letters, banners, A-frames, spray stencils, plastic letters, computer cut letters, plastic polishing, digital printing, clearfocus, car wraps and fleet identification.
