Sydney Print Media installs 3rd HP Latex from Celmac
Trade Signage & Display printer Sydney Print Media (SPM) has installed an HP R2000 flatbed/roll Latex printer at its South Granville premises – its third HP Latex printer. Owned by Karl Sun, SPM is a trade supplier with a vast array of print and finishing technologies including Inca Digital, swissQprint and HP Latex, plus a batallion of finishing devices including Zund, Summa, Aristo Multicam and iEcho

The ever-expanding Sydney Print Media has installed the HP Latex R2000 hybrid roll/flatbed printer, supplied and supported by Celmac’s Jonny Rumney.
The R2000 prints up to 2.5 m (98 in) wide boards and rolls, with a maximum media thickness of 5 cm / 2 in. High capacity 5-liter ink cartridges colors are standard , (3-liters for white). Rolls up to 100 kg are supported and production speeds are rated at 43 m2/hr or 14 boards/hr.
