Search for new CEO at Visual Connections begins

With the upcoming retirement of Peter Harper at the end of 2024, trade association and exhibition organiser Visual Connections has begun its search for a replacement CEO.

Visual Connections has commenced the search for the leader who will take Visual Connections into the future. This is due to the upcoming retirement of long-serving CEO Peter Harper

A vital voice for the print, sign, graphics and wider visual communications industries, Visual Connections is the peak body Peter Harper – retiring end of 2024representing suppliers to this dynamic and diverse sector, THe association is committed to its members and passionate about supporting a successful and sustainable future for the industry through education, exhibitions, sponsorships, grants, and networking opportunities.

The qualities sought in the new CEO include:

• A proven track record of inspiration, motivation and mentoring
• Pragmatism and sound management ability
• Outstanding skill in communication and relationship building
• A preference for working collaboratively
• An understanding of, and appreciation for, the role of industry associations
• Demonstrated passion for delivering the best outcomes for the industry
