Roland DG introduces shaker oven for TY-300 DTF printer

Following on from the September ’24 announcement of its new DTF printer, Roland DG in N. America has released its own shaker oven to partner up with the TY-300 for apparel and textile prints, also released this month.

 With the release of the Roland TY-300 DTF (Direct-to-Film) printer, Roland DGA is also introducing the RDTFS800 Shaker Oven. Designed specifically for seamless integration with the TY-300 printer, this shaker oven enables users to optimize their DTF printing workflow and achieve exceptional results.

Key Features of the RDTFS800 Shaker Oven:

• Optimized Performance: Engineered to work flawlessly with the TY-300 printer, the shaker oven features a dedicated powder DTF makes for vibrant. lasting coloursapplicator that ensures superior image quality while maintaining high productivity.
• Precision Attachment: The provided attachment securely connects the printer to the shaker oven, reducing skew for more consistent and precise operation.
• Enhanced Workflow: An automatic feed mechanism simplifies the initial film loading process, eliminating the need for manual adjustments and further enhancing efficiency.

The RDTFS800 Shaker Oven is priced at USD$6,795 in the USA and is available together with the TY-300 printer, or as a stand-alone device.

Australian availability of the RDTFS800 is yet to be announced but Roland DG’s Australian website states:

“The TY-300 is part of Roland DG’s full DTF solution, with RIP software, DTF film and powder, and an optional shaker/heater unit for automated DTF transfer production.”
