Roland DG appoints new Service Engineer in Queensland
Roland DG Australia has announced the appointment of a new Service Engineer in Queensland, Allan Cooke.
Allan brings over 9 years’ field experience to Roland DG, having previously worked as an accredited Service Technician for Roland authorised dealer & service agent Print n Cut Solutions (formerly Wilenco Systems). Previous to this, Allan ran his own sign making business for eight years.
“Roland DG has had a long association with Allan, and I have always been impressed by his level of knowledge, professionalism, and customer focus” says Roland DG President & Director, John Wall. “He is certainly a valuable addition to the team.”
Based on the Sunshine Coast, Allan will be responsible for all aspects of servicing, installation and support of Roland’s product range throughout Queensland.
“The addition of a dedicated Roland Service Engineer in Queensland demonstrates Roland DG’s commitment to providing timely service and support to its customers under the Roland DG Care programme” says Wall. “This is something that we pride ourselves on, and is a major focus for us.”
