More Australians visiting industry sector trade shows
With the growth in trade shows targeting specific sectors of the graphics industry, such as Labelexpos and FESPAs, more Australians and New Zealanders are attending the larger ones in order to learn about trends and technologies directly relevant to their businesses.

Peter Scott, managing director of Screen GP Australia reports that ANZ attendance at the recently concluded Labelexpo Americas was excellent.
“I met with many customers and potential customers from our region,” he says, “It was very gratifying to see so many in attendance.”
As general printing shows shrink or close, as did Ipex UK, focused events such as Labelexpo and FESPA are proving more popular than ever – following the growth trends of these mostly digitally-driven sectors, labels and packaging and wide format signage and display. Both shows have multiple regional editions – five in the case of FESPA and six in the Labelexpo Global Series.
Labelexpo Americas ran from September 25-27 in Chicago. The next one is in India in November and the biggest event back in Brussels next September.
The main FESPA Global Print Expo is from May 14-17, 2019 in Munich, Germany, fully supported by our own local SGIAA.
