Hexis S.A. has launched KG10000, a new generation cast vinyl film for cutting plotters.
The product carries enhanced 50µm cast vinyl film with the proven solvent-based adhesive and 137g/m² Kraft liner also used in their high performance line. Because of its extreme flexibility and conformability this cast vinyl film is particularly recommended for long term applications on complex and compound curved surfaces and for vehicle full wraps. It features an outdoor durability of up to 10 years and is thus the ideal high end solution for difficult curved substrates and rivets and all substrates with long life cycles.
The new KG10000 replaces the previous KG9000 series and is available in 31 gloss colours. The roll size is 30m long and 1230mm (48in) wide. The product is in production now and available through the Hexis distributor network. Data sheets can be downloaded from their website.
