Clear varnish ink for HP Scitex FB7500 and FB7600 now available

For those users of the HP Scitex FB7500 and FB7600 models comes the good news that a clear varnish ink will now be available to you.

The new varnish ink will enable users to obtain those spot varnish (gloss) effects which will be valuable to POS applications. Of course full sheet varnishes as well.

Up to five applications of the varnish can create some really impressive effects, almost like doming.

The ink has not yet been approved for the printing of Braille.

Up to now users have been taking pre-printed matter off line to screen printing machines to add a spot varnish or possible to lamination.

This can all be done in-line now.
