Australian Visual Solutions celebrates its 20th Birthday with a lavish party in Melbourne

AVS commenced trading as Ramair Packaging Pty.Ltd in 1991, selling specialised adhesives to the sign and print industries. The business grew quickly and before long were supplying self adhesive films into the sign industry, and soon after commenced distributing Gerber and Roland Cutters.

The introduction of 3M to AVS’s portfolio triggered the need to consider a National footprint and before long had opened branches in Hobart, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and more recently in Perth.

AVS is now not only the 3M National distributor for wide format media but is also the premium National dealer for Roland wide format printers. In addition to this AVS have international distribution rights for General Formulations, Mc Sign coating technologies and Yello tools.

Managing Director Cameron Sutherland, “It was really important to me to thank key stakeholders who have supported me over the journey. Sharing this milestone with many of my staff, customers and suppliers was my way of saying thanks”.
