AGS delighted with their e-Store opening
AGS successfully opened their new e-store on Friday 27th July featuring real time e-commerce and a host of online solutions.
“Since going Live almost 2 weeks ago, we have already exceeded online purchase order expectations and attracted significantly higher web traffic which demonstrates we have hit the mark with industry expectations from their preferred suppliers,” said Luke Naumann, Group General Manager, AGS.
The key objectives for developing this industry leading, real-time, fully integrated SAP ecommerce platform included: consolidating the AGS, ASI Plastics and Power Digital websites; to make doing business with AGS simple and easy when placing orders; to assist customers managing their AGS account at a time convenient to them; and to provide 24/7 online technical assistance.
AGS offers its customers a powerful user friendly, value-add business tool. “We set out to make the new website simple to navigate and user friendly for repeat business from our loyal customers, and to also appeal to non-users seeking more detail ahead of shifting their business to AGS in the future,” said Jason Burnett, Website Project Manager for AGS.
The new website provides secure access to existing customers’ accounts and provides many account management services benefits including account summary, purchase history, open orders, invoices, previous payments, and contact information updates. “For the frequent ‘shopper’ a brilliant ‘Copy to Cart’ function provides efficient repeat ordering for customers,” added Linda Walsh, National Customer Service Manager, AGS.
We welcome those existing and new to AGS customers to register for access to the secure ‘My Account’ facility by phoning toll free our National Customer Service team on 1300 132 677.
