Whilst the ‘bucking bronco’ arena on its FESPA stand was a gimmick to attract the attention of visitors to the show, Agfa actually required no gimmickry in the end, with genuine interest apparent in the company’s new 3.3m Jeti Bronco H3300 HS hybrid workhorse. And to crown the occasion, the printer was presented with a 2026 EDP Award at the show itself, with judges praising the Bronco’s combination of high-speed productivity and hybrid versatility that enable print service providers to handle rigid and roll media applications on a single platform.

Designed for demanding sign and display environments, the Bronco bridges the gap between the Anapurna Ciervo and Jeti Tauro and has been designed to tackle everything from exhibition panels and stage graphics to banners, films, textiles and even corrugated applications, while continuous board feeding means up to four jobs can be printed simultaneously.

With speeds of up to 450 m²/h and a 3.3m print width, the Bronco’s media feeding guides push its versatility even further, enabling it to easily handle warp-prone media such as corrugated cardboard, while a full CMYKcmk + white inks set facilitates fast, accurate printing across the full colour gamut.

Philip Van der Auwera, Product Manager Sign & Display at Agfa, says: “Securing an EDP Award for the Jeti Bronco H3300 HS has crowned what has been a successful show for us and we are immensely proud to see the judges recognise how this printer can help print service providers navigate both high-volume campaigns and short-run work. At Agfa we’re committed to continuously investing in technologies like this, that make a tangible difference for our customers, and this award win is a testament to our innovation and expertise in this field.”

On its FESPA stand, AGFA also showcased the fully automated Onset Panthera flatbed press, the Jeti Tauro H3300 UHS, the Anapurna Ciervo H2500, and the latest update to Agfa’s Asanti workflow software. Van der Auwera adds: “Whatever environment our customers operate in, we wanted visitors to leave our booth knowing there is an Agfa configuration that fits their ambitions today and will support their growth tomorrow.”
