ORAFOL secures another ‘Best Managed Company’ award

Now a five-time award winner in Deloitte’s Best Managed Companies Awards, Orafol has again been recognised in this year’s awards, recently receiving the 2026 Best Managed Companies Award for Excellent Corporate Governance and Long-Term Transformation Strategy.

Presented by Deloitte Private, UBS, and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in collaboration with the Federation of German Industries (BDI), this latest award recognises German small and medium-sized enterprises that demonstrate outstanding performance in the four core areas of strategy, productivity & innovation, culture & commitment, and governance & finance.

At the heart of this latest strategic direction is a combination of industrial strength at its home base in Oranienburg, Germany – where the plan is to invest 235m euros between 2026 and 2030 to expand its production and technology base – as well as global expansion plans. The ORAFOL Roadmap 2030 brings these activities together into an integrated strategic approach combining re-investment, growth, and global development. It forms the foundation for the company’s long-term positioning as a technologically leading, internationally oriented industrial group.

ORAFOL is also one of few companies to have received Best Managed Companies award recognition multiple times and it continues to hold Gold status in the Best Managed Companies seal of quality, which is awarded in over 45 countries and has been established in Germany since 2018.
