GJS and Mutoh see customised opportunity

GJS has announced a new dealer agreement with Mutoh Australia, bringing Mutoh’s full range of wide-format printing and cutting solutions to GJS’s national customer base. The agreement covers Mutoh’s full range of printers, cutters, consumables, accessories and spare parts, with GJS providing sales, installation, training and technical support. Both companies see particular opportunity in Mutoh’s UV printing range for customers in direct-to-object printing, promotional products and customised gift creation.

Greg Stone, Managing Director, GJS, says “Our customers are always looking for more choice in how they print, what they print on and how they grow their businesses. Adding Mutoh’s range gives them exactly that.”

Mutoh has been manufacturing wide-format inkjet printers since 1952 and its printers are recognised globally for their engineering quality, reliability and colour accuracy. The company’s product range is used across signage, textile printing, vehicle graphics, fine art reproduction, digital braille and other industrial applications.

Talking to news that Mutoh has recently been acquired by Brother International, Stone adds: “This news, coupled with our own long-standing relationship with Brother International Australia, makes the partnership with Mutoh even more of a natural fit. We’re looking forward to backing Mutoh’s products with the training, support and after-sales service our customers expect from GJS.”

GJS will support Mutoh products nationally through its existing network of sales and technical personnel across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
