Mutoh Australia has launched Mutoh Care Advantage (MCA): an innovative new service package designed to help customers safeguard their equipment investment, reduce operational risk, and ensure long‑term productivity – all included in the price of the printer, covering warranty and maintenance for up to 5 years

Automatically driving a proactive approach to preventative maintenance the MCA package is also a win-win for Mutoh’s distributor channel because it removes any complexity around the cost of maintenance and provides total assurance for the customer that there are no hidden or unplanned service costs a year or two down the line.

Available for either a 3 or 5 year period, MCA covers all preventative maintenance services and any warranty repairs for the customer-selected period. For print service providers and production environments where equipment uptime is critical, MCA also offers a practical way to secure business continuity and maintain consistent output, without compromise, purpose‑built to help customers maximise the life, performance, and return on investment.

All service and maintenance through MCA will be delivered through factory‑trained Mutoh technicians and the program is immediately available now to all eligible Mutoh customers across Australia, with existing customers also being encouraged to upgrade to the Mutoh Care Advantage platform to lock in predictable service costs and better protect their equipment investment for the long term.
