A kick in the guts for British printers as they lose out to the US on the Olympics ticket printing contract

Our own Sydney Olympic ticket printing also went to the Arkansas-based firm Weldon, Williams & Lick.
The British government and unions have called it a ‘disgrace’ and said: “This is a kick in the guts to British firms who would have been desperate to secure such a lucrative contract, but it looks like they did not even get the opportunity to bid.”
The signies also lost out on the building wrap for Wembley stadium. That also went to the US.
