DES adds MBA and experience to Melbourne.
John Federico is the latest addition to the DES Pty. Ltd., team in Melbourne.
John brags a trade background as an electrical mechanic and professional qualifications including a Teaching Diploma and an MBA from Melbourne University,

According to DES Sales Director Russell Cavenagh, Federico brings a broad background and practical experience in Flatbed and R2R digital UV printing to his new position as Business Development Manager – Grand Format.
“John’s wealth of knowledge of the screen and digital printing industries and his experience will provide real benefits to new and existing customers” Cavenagh said, citing Federico’s previous career roles with Intergraphic Technologies, Kodak Australia and more recently, National Service Manager at Thycon Industries.
“His understanding of Grand Format technology plus his practical experience allow him to relate at all levels, whether on the factory floor or in the boardroom”, Cavenagh added.
An early adopter of R2R and Flatbed Grand Format Printing technology, Federico noted that he had seen several organisations grow by using screen printing presses and combining new technologies of R2R and Flatbed digital UV printers.
“In the end it’s all about the customer and helping them to run profitable businesses”, he commented.
