Océ tackle climate change by planting thousands of trees

Océ in the UK has announced another ‘green initiative’, the planting of thousands of trees on behalf of a particular UK customer in order to offset the energy used in operating the production printer.
To plant the trees, Océ partnered with Trees for the Future, a charitable organisation that has helped many communities across the globe to improve their environment. The organisation claims toi have planted up to 50 million tress to date and by so doing has removes approximately one million tons of CO2 from the atmosphere each year.
