AGS/ Power Digital acquisition – 12 months on
It has been twelve months since Australian Graphic Supplies (AGS) acquired the Power Digital business and expanded into the Dye Sublimation and Mimaki wide format printer markets.
Zoe McSkimmings, Business Development Manager Sublimation, who was with Power Digital prior to the acquisition, said, “Over the last 12 months we have re-engineered the product portfolio to only carry world class brands which include DigiCoat, ArTainium, SubliJet, Epson and Ricoh which have enabled AGS Power Digital to deliver enhanced solutions to our key sublimation and transfer customers.
Chris Dutkowski, National Business Development Manager – Printers said, “The Power Digital acquisition enabled AGS to become a key dealer of Mimaki printers and inks. Having the ability to work closely with the DGS Mimaki team has enhanced AGS’s product offer and enabled us to be a total solution provider to many of our key customers.”
Whilst parts of Queensland have been hit hard over the last 6 months, AGS has continued to expand with double digit growth and a key reason has been its’ ability to be able to offer an end to end solution to its’ customer base from sales to technical services. “We are predicting that the next twelve month will be a good year for all of our key markets and product portfolios with new product offerings, organic and acquisition growth all contributing“ said Luke Naumann Group General Manager.
