Another hiccup in the Canon and Océ deal

Hermes, a 3.3% shareholder in Oce says it does not plan to tender its shares in Océ.
This follows a similar position taken by Orbis Funds who own about 10% of Océ.
It would seem that this is unlikely to prevent the A$1.14.billion deal from going through.
