NUR announce the NUR Tempo Q flatbed UV-inkjet production printer

NUR Macroprinters has announced the NUR Tempo Q, a UV-inkjet flatbed printer, a printer based on the Tempo platform that has an installed base of more than 170 unts worldwide.

The Tempo Q offers a higher resolution of up to true 1,270 x 800 dpi and print speeds of up to 100 sq.m (1,070 sq.ft) /hr and prints directly on to roll-fed substrates up to 221 cm (87 in) wide and rigid substrates up to 3.2 m x 2 m (10.5 ft x 6.5 ft) and 5.1 cm (2 in) thick.

The printer is available as a new printer or as an upgrade to NUR Tempo and NUR Tempo II machines.

Additional advanced features include quick changeover between printing formats, and an option for white ink (soon available). Print speeds in 4-colour mode go up to 100 sq.m (1,070 sq.ft) /hr, while in 8-colour mode, the maximum speed is 50 sq.m (530 sq.ft) /hr.
