Aslan celebrates its 65th anniversary
In the summer of 1950 Alfred Schwarz introduced the innovative Aslan Mipofolie – a highly flexible and writable protection film for geographical maps – and laid the foundation for 65 years of Aslan, “expertise in self-adhesive films”.
In the last 65 years the private and family owned company Aslan, Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG has grown steadily and sells its products world-wide. Today the company is run in the third generation by Oliver Schwarz.
As a specialist in self-adhesive films, Aslan develops, produces and promotes high quality branded products with the quality assurance of being ”made in Germany”. As well as supplying a large product range into numerous industries, Aslan offers tailor-made solutions for individual applications.
In celebration of their 65th anniversary and in conjunction with the FESPA Cologne 2015, Aslan, is opening its doors. In the week from May 18th – 22nd factory tours will be held daily at the premises in Overath. A shuttle service will be operating from the Cologne Trade Fair to Aslan.
