Remembering Ken Pobjoy

Ken Pobjoy, former joint founder, editor and partner in Image magazine passed away a week ago on the 7th of July after suffering from a long illness.

He leaves his wife Barbara and his daughter Lisa and son Stewart.
He retired from Image magazine some years ago and as we understand it, he still made the occasional contribution to the magazine and helped Stan Kilpin where he could – that is until the illness just go the better of him.
Whilst Ken was a competitor to us here at Wide Format Online magazine, we had the greatest of respect for Ken both for his journalistic skills and industry knowledge but more so because he was just a great guy. He will be missed by our industry and by all who had the privilege of working with Ken.
